Reaching, Preaching, Teaching

THE BIBLE: We believe the King James Bible, AV 1611, to be the inerrant Word of God, providentially inspired and preserved. We believe it is unique in its unerring portrayal of the exact rendering of the original Text, and that it reigns Supreme, having no rival among all English Translations of the world. We do not believe there is any need to revise, update, correct, better explain, or change in any way, the present King James Bible, AV 1611. (Psalm 119:89; Isaiah 40:8; II Timothy 3:16, 17; II Peter 1:19-21)

GOD: We believe in one God, omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent, manifesting himself in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit; one in nature, attributes, power, and glory. (Genesis 1:1; Mark 12:39; Matthew. 28:19; II Corinthians 13:14; John 1:1-4, 14; John 5:17-27; Philippians 2: 6-11).

JESUS CHRIST: We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ was begotten by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin, Mary, and that He is true God and true man. (Matthew 1:18-25; Luke 1:26-35; John 1:1-4,14; John 5:17-27; Philippians 2:6-11).

SALVATION: We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures as a substitutionary sacrifice, and that all who believe-on Him are justified on the ground of His shed blood on the cross, and are saved by grace through faith, wholly apart from human-merit and works. (John 3:16; John 10:7-9, 11; John 14:6 Acts 4:12; Acts 16:31; Romans 5:6-8; Romans 6:23; Romans 10: 8-13; Ephesians 2:8-10)

Baptism: We believe each person claiming Christ as Saviour should promptly make public his/her profession of Christ, that each new Christian should follow the Lord’s command for believer’s baptism, that such scriptural baptism is always by immersion (after salvation), that baptism does not save but that it is the Lord’s prescribed way for us to identify ourselves with Him in open confession, that baptism is a symbolic representation, a picture of the death, burial and resurrection of Christ (Acts 2:41, Acts 8:35-39)

The Eternal Security of the Believer: We believe that all the redeemed, once saved, are kept by God’s power and are thus secure in Christ forever. (John 3:16, 36 ; John 4:14; John 5:24 ; John 6:40, 47 ; John 10:27-30, I John 5:10-13

THE HOLY SPIRIT: We believe that the Holy Spirit is a divine person, and the administrator of the things of God: convicting of sin, revealing Christ, teaching the truth, restraining evil, energizing believers in prayer, worship and service, and is ever present in the believer as our comforter and helper. (Psalm 139:7-12; John 7:38, 39; 15:26; 16:13, 14; Acts 1:8; Romans 8:9; I Corinthians 6:19; II Thessalonians 2).

The Second Coming: WE BELIEVE in “that blessed hope,” the personal, literal and visible pretribulational, premillennial return of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ (I Thess. 4:13-18; II Thess. 2:1-3).

WE BELIEVE the second coming will be a two-phased event: first the rapture and then the revelation. The rapture will be followed by a seven-year period of great tribulation on earth (Rev. 4-18). At the end of the Tribulation period, Christ will return to rule and reign on the earth for one thousand grand and glorious years (Rev. 20:4-6).
